A day with
SCIENCE SQUAD
Every Science Squad visit is designed to run smoothly for schools, while delivering maximum excitement and learning for pupils.
Step 1: Booking your workshop
Choose the workshop that best suits your pupils, and also your preferred date by completing the enquiry form. This is not a commitment to book. Just a check for availability.
Our team will confirm details and provide all the information you’ll need to prepare for a visit. A timetable will be provided to ensure the day is maximised for the groups attending.
Step 2: Arrival & setup
Our Squad Scientist arrives ahead of the first session to set up equipment and ensure everything is ready.
All materials and equipment are provided. Schools simply need to provide a suitable hall space for the workshop. And a table & chair for our Squad Scientist.
Step 3: The workshop begins
Following the agreed timetable, each group arrives in the hall where our Squad Scientist will be ready to show exciting experiments and take pupils on a journey of discovery.
Workshops can run throughout the day, so multiple classes or year groups can take part. This allows schools to maximise the impact of a single visit.
Pupils will experience science first-hand. See surprising scientific principles unfold in front of them.
Step 4: Curiosity that lasts
Long after the workshop ends, pupils continue asking questions, discussing what they’ve seen and thinking differently about science.
For many pupils it becomes the moment science truly sparks their curiosity.
